Every region of Costa Rica has something to offer the tourists. Guanacaste Province is famous for its popular beaches including Bahia Salinas, Naranjo, Gulfo de Papagayo, Panama, and others. There are a lot of cattle ranches in this region. The Northern part of Costa Rica suggests various attractions. Lake Arenal, located there, is one of the best windsurfing spots in the world. South of Limon there is the town of Cahuita which adjoins the Cahuita National Park – another must-visit in Limon.

No trip to Costa Rica would be completed without a visit to San Jose, country’s capital and at the same time the most densely populated city. It houses the largest universities, museums and theaters of Costa Rica. Try to explore the city on foot, so you will enjoy old churches and well manicured parks. The most picturesque neighborhoods of San Jose are Barrio Amon and Ottoya, where luxurious hotels and restaurants are located. To enjoy beautiful fountains and cobblestones the tourists should come to pedestrian street the Central Avenida. Be sure that there are many kinds of entertainment in the capital: several museums, churches, parks, and an active nightlife. One of the best vacation areas in Costa Rica is the Central Pacific Region. Especially it can be said about Quepos - a place where the rainforest meets the sea, which made tourism the city's main industry. If the tourists have two or three days to spend in Quepos, the long list of things to do here will surely keep them busy. The pearl of the region is Manuel Antonio National Park, which includes 12 islands located a short distance from the shore. Costa Rica’s highest mountains are situated in the South Pacific region of the country. Moreover this place is worth visiting because of the Osa Peninsula, which is one of the planet's most spectacular areas. The Osa is a home to Corcovado National Park, considered by many to be the crown jewel of Costa Rica's National Park system.
